problem starting installation

    when calling install.php for the first time i get:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_action() in /home/web/bi-mol/htdocs/_jo/wordpress/wp-includes/functions-formatting.php on line 3
    …what did i do wrong?

    Nothing – that’s probably an ftp error.
    Delete all the files inside /wp-includes and reupload them.

    after this, the installation was a very nice thing 🙂
