 * I’ve been setting up WooCommerce for my small holistic health shop and ran into
   a frustrating sync issue between Square and WooCommerce. I provide services in
   my practice that I did not want in my online shop. My Square Service Library 
   entries kept importing as products, and even setting them to Draft didn’t stick.
   They’d reappear as active products with every sync.
   I reached out to FunnelKit
   support, gave them a detailed write-up and screenshots. Akhil was very quick 
   to respond to my plea and escalated to the next level of support. Harish took
   it from there. Not only did he diagnose the root cause, he actually built a fix
   into the plugin itself. A new setting now lets me skip Service Library entries
   entirely, and the importer was updated to respect Draft and Private status. A
   clean, permanent solution.The support was fast, personal, and went well beyond
   what I expected, with the kind of response that turns a frustrated customer into
   a lifelong one. If you’re running WooCommerce with Square POS, do consider this
   plugin. It has great features, is easy to set up and the team is incredibly responsive
   with an apparent commitment to solving problems.
