    Hi nakamuraagatha.

    If this problem only occurs on responsive layout you should check if there´s some css rule that hides the element. If you can provide us a public link of your site maybe we can help you

    Hi, I have a somewhat similar issue with right sidebar disappearing in brand view, unlike category or storefront display pages. Is there a css to retain the sidebar at all times on all store pages? I’m using Divi. Thanks.
