The form on the site is getting the “Mail Failed” error.
Please check mails are working on your server or not.
You can also test mail with WP Mail SMTP by WPForms plugin.

Hi Jainil,
I installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and entered the credentials copied from another working site. They don’t go to this site, but they work on the other site. Could there be something else?

No need to add the credentials. You can test the mail on the “Email Test” tab in the form. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/1r44w4u

To test, it asked for host configuration.
The response:
An issue was detected. This means your test email was unable to be sent.
Typically this error is returned for one of the following reasons:
Plugin settings are incorrect (wrong SMTP settings, invalid Mailer configuration, etc).
Your web server is blocking the connection.
Your host is rejecting the connection.
It is strange because the SMTP is the same as in another site, where I have installed the same WP Mail SMTP plugin and the test works.

That means that your server has some issue with the mail.
This is not due to the Contact Form 7 plugin.

How could it be that it’s the server that has issues with the mail if the same WP Mail SMTP works on another site? And the test on that site was positive?

I like Contact Form 7. It worked fine until the new PHP 8.0 version. The page with the form link ist blank. Will there be an update soon?
