On the first page load, the counter works correctly. When you scroll up or down and go through it again, the counter shows other decreasing figures

I have included a new Counter Number with the blank css to prevent it from being visible, this way it works normally, can you tell me why it works like this?

Although initially it worked, but remains unstable, it regresses when you go up or down on the page
