Problem saving menu in theme location

    I use child responsive theme (for ThemeID) and am having a serious issue with custom menu. I created header menu and footer menu separately. When I save header menu in the proper location in theme location with header menu as the option, the footer menu will be saved in the place and vice-versa.

    The header and footer menu all save in the same option with theme location.

    Please any advice on how to make the menus be saved on their own.
