    Hello,

My search form is on the footer in a section. My problem is that when I filter the search and submit it, it reloads the page and does not take me back to the results section. I tried all the options, I did put my section ID in the plugin configuration, but it ignores it. Do we have a solution?

    Thanks in advance !

  • Hi @marcdevlaboite,

    Thanks for writing to us.

Please share the URL of the page where you have added search box. Moreover if you are using any add-on of Simple Job Board then please state their names as well.

    Hello,

The module can not be visible by users, it is accessible only to administrators for the moment. But let me know if you need more explanation, if I haven’t been clear enough on what I want.
Should it normally scroll to the section when the page refreshes after running a search?
Can you tell me exactly where the option is for this setting if it is to be set?

    The additional plugins are :
    – Simple Job Board Email Attachment
    – Simple Job Board Multiple Attachment Fields

    Thank you for your time

    Hi @marcdevlaboite,

    Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunatily, we are unable to identify the search you are referring to. Search box on our plugin jobs listing page is public not for admin.

However, for better understanding could you be able to share a screenshot or screencast of the search box you are facing issue with so we can provide you preciced response.

Feel free to reach out for further assistance.

    Hi @marcdevlaboite,

    Thanks for writing to us.

Unfortunatily, this is the default behaviour of the Simple Job Board plugin. On search it reloads the page and add results under the search box. Moreover, our plugin doesn’t provide any options or settings to control this behaviour.

However, you can achieve such functionality by doing code modifications in the Simple Job Board plugin using help of an expert WP plugin developer.

For more personalized support you can drop an email at support@presstigers.com or can generate a ticket on PressTigers – Marketplace.

Thank you for your time. I will explain to my client that they need to place the form at the top of a page.
