# Problem retrieving data from Twitter

 * Hi folks,
    Can’t seem to get the plugin working. Added the shortcode via the 
   template, and I’m getting this error: “Problem retrieving data from Twitter” 
   Console reveals this message: “[cycle] terminating; too few slides: 1”
 * If I change the twitter username, it works. But it doesn’t seem to be working
   with this account “skinplicityllc” which I can’t figure out why. The account 
   has tweets.
 * Any ideas?

 * The default setting in a shortcode is not to include retweets, so if you tried
   it more than 47 minutes ago (at the time of writing) it wouldn’t have shown any
   Tweets and produced the error you report.
 * What happens if you include `include_rts=1` in the shortcode?
