Are your entries for rows 2 ('siteurl') and 39 ('home') in the 'wp_options' table of your website correct?

Do you have a plugin that may be causing you trouble installed? Move them to a different location and test the site with none installed to check. You can simply move them back and reactivate them if they were not the problem.
