    Hello –

For some reason the Apple News Publisher plugin for WordPress is no longer pushing articles out. Is there something that can remedy the problem?

    Thanks very much.

  • OK thanks, I’ve switched the “use remote images” to ‘no’ but this didn’t solve the problem. I’ve also emailed our server company with your recommendation. Will report back. Thanks

    Hey, Brad –

Do you think this may be causing the issue I am experiencing as well? My Settings are set to Use Remote Images.

    Thanks,

    Warren T.

Do you have any debugging emails available?

    Hi;

Sorry, I’m not sure I know where to look for those…

At the bottom of the Apple News settings page, you can enter your email address and enable debug mode. You should receive an email every time a new article publishes with the full API request and response. This will help us troubleshoot your issue.

    OK, done. Thank you, sir.

    Hi, Brad –

I just received an extensive debug email for an article I just pushed out. Here it is:

    Hello again, Brad.

Happy Holidays to you. Although the plugin seems to be working now, in that it is pushing the articles out, there ae still some problems with line spacing of headings as well as with the ordered lists (e.g., #1 appears regardless how many items appear in the list).

Here’s the latest debug email I received:

    and…

    [Moderator note: Please, no bumping.]

    Hi @warrentab

We released a new version of the plugin today (1.2.1) which allows you to customize headings on a per-heading level basis, including line heights. If you upgrade to the latest version of the plugin and modify the display settings for headings, that should give you what you’re looking for.

    Thanks for the feedback!
