# Problem Product availability

 * Hi, I’m having problems viewing the online availability of the product on the
   ornelladambrosio.it site. Often it is out of stock when in fact the availability
   in stock is there. In fact there is not even the possibility to add to the cart
   because the button becomes non-clickable.
    We have also updated everything to
   the latest version (templates, wordpress and plugins) and nothing has changed.
 * We have also contacted the technical support of the purchased template (JupiterX
   theme in our case) and even after their verifications they cannot explain the
   problem and they invited me to contact you directly.
 * How is it resolved? We believe this is a Woocommerce bug.
 * I am attaching screenshots that demonstrate what has been reported, taking a 
   product as an example. OR3357ARG. “Silver” variant.

 * Do you happen to have any caching plugins installed? If yes, kindly **purge all
   cache** from them and clear your browser cache memory then check if the products
   still show out of stock.
 * If you don’t have a caching plugin or the issue persists after trying the above,
   I recommend performing a[ conflict test](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
   to see if it is caused by one of the tools (theme/plugins) that you’re using.
