# Problem Problem with REST API

 * Hello, I have a problem with the plugin, in diagnostics it tells me: “The plugin
   is not suitable for receiving reviews because the REST API is deactivated”, if
   I deactivate the Wordfence plugin it works perfectly but when I activate it again
   it stops working. Can you help me to create a rule in the security program to
   solve the problem.

 * You can try to contact Wordfence support to enable REST API on your site or white
   list our IP 18.210.171.51 to post reviews to your site via REST API. Refer to

 * I have already solved it, it was that the firewall was blocking my own ip.
