Problem Problem with REST API

Hello, I have a problem with the plugin, in diagnostics it tells me: “The plugin is not suitable for receiving reviews because the REST API is deactivated”, if I deactivate the Wordfence plugin it works perfectly but when I activate it again it stops working. Can you help me to create a rule in the security program to solve the problem.
