Problem – Posts linked with each other

    Posts seem to be linked with each other on the homepage. Whenever I close comments on one posts, it shows “Comments are closed” on all posts on the homepage. Also I made a post in italics the other day and all other posts on front page change to from normal to italics.

    Any ideas what is causing this?

    I just found that this only happens on the latest post.

    So if I change something from any other post, it works the way its supposed to. But as soon as I disable comments on the latest post, it shows that comments are turned of all all posts, posted on the homepage but once you go into the post you can still leave a comment.

    So it’s just the “Comments are closed” showing up on all posts on front page is the problem.

    Very confusing.

    Not sure it’ll help, but post a link to your site.

    Have you tried disabling all your plugins and switching to the default theme to see if it’s weirdness caused by one of those?
