• Hi folks,

Sometimes when uploading images through this plugin I’m getting a local URL in instead of a S3 URL. For example: https://imgur.com/O6u28xL.

The workaround so far is re-uploading the image.
Is anyone having the same issue?

    Best,
    Rafael

Can your users access the site admin via different domain names?

Do the non-working images have a different local domain name in the database content to the working images?

    If so, check out https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-s3/doc/filtering-urls-for-multiple-domains/

Otherwise, there could be a million and 1 reasons for this depending on theme and plugins and what they do to images. You might need to grab yourself a license and contact Delicious Brains for support via the plugin’s built in support form and they’ll dig into the issue with you.

    Hey @ianmjones,
Thanks for replying! Currently we are using wordpress in a headless manner. Then yes, the non-working images have a different domain name in the database content. More precisely, they have the exact domain name shown at the inspect. In instead of replacing our wordpress domain name (‘writer.esportudo…’) to its respective s3 domain, some images don’t replace it at all.
Do you believe it is worth to grab a license and contacting Delicious Brains? I can’t see how filtering urls would work since this behavior seems stochastic so far, hence re-uploading the images works most of times.
