Yes, it was tested on mobile and works. Could be any number of things. See the popup-modal.css file where you can also make whatever style changes you wish. Or, you can override in your own CSS files.

    Thanks For Relpy Tim,
Yes In Mobile Mode It Not Works Well Since It Is Shown For Some Seconds Then It Disappear Automatically…
In PC Version It Show Then It Hide Suddenly In A Blink Of An Eye …Then It Reappear And Stay Visible…

I’ve never seen anything like that. It sounds like it’s a local issue, maybe you have a popup blocker on your system?

    Me Too…
I’ve Never Heard Of Popup A Blocker On iPhone Safari LOL hehe…
Also If It’s A Modal Windows What Can Block A Popup Blocker If Is Not A Popup?
It’s Difficult To Debug Since There Is Not Firebug To Open On Smartphone…

On Chrome desktop you can do a phone view in developer tools. I don’t have any problem like you’re reporting either on my phone or when I use my desktop. It’s something either on your system or how you have something setup as the plugin doesn’t do what you’re experiencing. There’s not even a timeout on the modal. It stays up till the user closes it. In other words, there’s not even code in the plugin to close it automatically. It doesn’t exist. I just installed the plugin on a new site and tried it on mobile and desktop and it worked just fine.

Thanks For Your Suggestion Tim, I’ll Try To Disabling All Plugins And See Witch One Interfere With Your And I Report Back 🙂
