 * Hello, I have a problem with terms – “not equal”.
I tried at home, I do not
want to work properly. I try on the “demo” system and the situation is the same,
unless I can not correctly build the rule, although I had this problem on another
field, but there I could apply the “equal” condition. An example here: [https://cpo.builderius.io/product/test-bug/](https://cpo.builderius.io/product/test-bug/)
   I have two fields with 4 options. I would like to : if I tick 2 x 137 – only
137 were chosen, if at least one field is 165, and no 180 or 205 – only 165,
in the same way – if at least one field is 180 and none is 205 (bigger) – only
180 choices. And a simple matter – if at least one is 205 – it is a choice of
only 205. In my opinion, “not equal” conditions do not work correctly. Does it
mean that someone can suggest how to build a query differently. The point is
generally – that the selection can not be smaller than at least one selection
from radio 1, and radio 2

 * So, basically you have two questions:
    1) is this a bug? 2) how to build what
   I need to?
 * 1) Where is your setup? I checked that product, I don’t see it
    2) I don’t know
answer for this question as I don’t quite understand your needs.

 * I think so – this is a bug.
    I did a demo test [https://cpo.builderius.io/product/test-bug/](https://cpo.builderius.io/product/test-bug/)–
you can check if my terms are good, but maybe I’m wrong.

 * All four suboptions rules work:

 * I will try on the example:
condition – choice: 165 is to appear if: radio 1 –
not equal 180 and not equal 205 and radio 2 – not equal 180 and not equal 205
and radio 1 is 165 or radio 2 is 165.
 * After setting, unfortunately, I have to try:
    radio 1 – 165 radio 2- 180 Choice
3 should be only 180, and it is 165.

 * Your existing rules work according to their configuration. Maybe it is not configured
well based on your needs, but it is another question. Also maybe two levels of
the rules are not enough for your needs. But it is also not a bug.

 * in my opinion it should work correctly, did you see how rules are written? Do
you see any logic error? I have a second situation in the configuration at home
system, but there I disdain the conditions “if equal” – the problem occurs with
the condition – not equal and not equal

 * My image shows that it is only 180 [https://screenshots.firefox.com/GRmQdf3cDTz8ChFH/cpo.builderius.io](https://screenshots.firefox.com/GRmQdf3cDTz8ChFH/cpo.builderius.io)
 * Again, I don’t see any bug here and everything is according to the rules configured.
Maybe you configured something that you did not want (want smth else), but it
is not a bug, it is misconfiguration then.

 * then try to switch … vice versa … and test it.
Ok, I will try to solve it differently,
although I think it does not work properly. Have you looked at the rules? It
is clearly marked … if it and it is not “bigger” then only show it …

 * Hello, I have changed the way of entering rules – each type “not equal” – separately,
not in a group – “radio 1 and radio 2 – not equal” value – and it looks like
   it works correctly.
