Problem moving to root

I wanted to move my wordpress to the apache root diectory but now I get this error when I try to access it: The website encountered an error while retrieving http://tbolmc.com/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly

I changed to URL in the settings in the admin panel to mydomain.com then I moved it there. Help will be appreciated.
