# Problem migrating followers & users

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to move followers and subscribers from a WordPress site to a self-
   hosted site. The self-hosted site has Jetpack correctly configured, and I have
   admin on both the sites. However, when I log in, select the self-hosted site 
   and go to the migration page, it doesn’t list the site I want to transfer from,
   only an old blog I don’t use anymore.
 * So, I’m wondering what I’m missing. I have WordPress redirection on the WordPress
   site, redirecting to the self-hosted URL – could that be the issue?

 * Make sure that you’re logged in as the one WordPress.com user who owns the WordPress.
   com site, not just one of its other Administrators.
