# Problem Mapping Domain Name

    Ive setup an initial draft of my site.
 * You can see it at [philipleathem.com/mikephotowp](http://www.philipleathem.com/mikephotowp)
 * This server normally has the domain [http://www.philipleathem.com](http://www.philipleathem.com)
   and my old site was installed to [http://www.philipleathem.com//public_html/mike](http://www.philipleathem.com//public_html/mike).
   The domain name maps fine to [http://www.michaelleathem.com](http://www.michaelleathem.com).
 * So now I’m trying to map michaelleathem.com to philipleathem.com/public_html/
   mikephotowp. When i do this michaelleathem.com still points at the old site.
 * Im really hoping someone can help because my host company,123-reg are very slow
   with any help.

 * Which control panel are you using?
    And which one is your main domain of your
   hosting? Generally, you should delete website or un-map michaelleathem.com and
   add a domain pointer to [http://www.michaelleathem.com](http://www.michaelleathem.com).
   Since i do not know what control panel you are using, i can not give you a specific
   guide.

 * Hi,
    Im a novice here so apologies. My host company is 123-reg. Latest update
   is i have spoken to them twice during the last two days. They now say they can
   see my new site at [http://www.michaelleathem.com](http://www.michaelleathem.com)
   Copyright at the bottom should say 2015. When i try to access it it still points
   to my old site. They say i need to refresh my cache. Im using Safari 8.0.2. Ive
   opened Develop menu and selected empty cache but i still see the old site not
   the new one:(

 * Another update. ISP has come back to say they now agree there is an issue:
 * [http://michaelleathem.com](http://michaelleathem.com) works fine and points 
   to the new WordPress test site.
 * but [http://www.michaelleathem.com](http://www.michaelleathem.com) still point
   stop the old site.
 * Strange. Now waiting for them to come back with a possible reason.

 * Thank you everyone for all your help. The ISP got it fixed this morning. i think
   it may have been the ISP cache as suggested earlier.
    Anyhow up and running as
