Problem loading scripts after upgrade to 3.1

I have no idea where to look. This only appears in the admin area, in the dashboard and the post.php as far as I can tell. The quickpress is not loading on the dashboard, and I think this might be why.
I upgraded to 3.1 and updated two of my plugins. I have disabled and deleted both and have disabled a couple of others, but that didn’t seem to do anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
