# Problem loading page

 * I’ve been through all the installation notes over and over again and I can’t 
   seem to get my website to show. URL is [http://www.sumnersav.co.uk](http://www.sumnersav.co.uk)
   and I can’t seem install the admin either. I’ve changed the named servers on 
   the domain and created a new database using cpanel and the WP config file. Can
   anyone help?

 * It seems that not all the WordPress files are uploaded fully to your server. 
   Make sure that the upload to your public folder is fully complete, then do the
   famous 5 minute install: [http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress)
