Problem inserting titles and captions to images on home page

    I’ve added titles and captions for 3 small pics on the home page to my friend’s wp site: http://goldenageangling.com/. I’ve saved changes etc. But when I publish, the title and captions don’t appear. The theme being used is Vantage; the widgets are customized via SiteOrigin.
    The pictures show on the home page, but the text does not show although the title shows with mouse-over
