Problem in posting Pictures and videos

Hi,
I’m trying to post video clips in my site. I tried to post the same through YouTube, but in youtube I’m not finding wordpress support there.

Also when I’m uploading a large picture in the post it doesn’t really show the exact size,that is with me.

Can anybody help me regarding this??
