Hi. In last 3 days i have a problem with the loading time of my site : http://bit.ly/hzLRFB Theme: Manifesto . But in admin area i don't have any delay. Also i changed theme to twenty eleven and i have the same issue. I have another site in the same server (not wordpress) http://bit.ly/yxuCYa with no problem too. I made a lot of tests and also i use super cache. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

If i make this step - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress - is there any problem with existing site?

I use latest timthump, new includes, admin , wp-confg and etc. But the problem exists. Also i checked my site with sukuri.net tool and it didn't find any virus or trojan! Any suggestions? I see that there is a hole in wordpress or in some plugins?
