 * Hi, i think there is some problem in JS, because the great plugin is not working
   for users
 * when i use fetch as google, and fecting main page so i saw that
    Googlebot couldn’t

 * The problem is not from the plugin, try to deactivate all other plugins and see
   which one is causing issues ( or test it using a default theme ) ( you have some
   js error ).
 * The googlebot thing is something completely different and it has do to maybe 
   with your robots.txt settings.

 * i test after again deactivate plugins but same problem, but yes when i deactivate
   super socializer plugin so comment rating working but other same problm
