problem in Hebrew encoding

    Hi,
    I have installed wordpress, later I copied all the Hebbrew language files to their folder (/wp-content/language).

    And I do see all the control panel in Hebrew as well the homepage I see as ראשי in Hebrew.

    However whenever I try to create a new page and give it a title in Hebrew I only get the title ?????????.

    what can be the reason for this?
