# Problem in customize mode

 * Hi guys,
 * When I load the customize option for the visual side of my website in wordpress
   it simply doesn’t load, the left menu loads but there is no preview of my website,
   it simply appears gray. I’m using the Illdy theme and recently added woocommerce.
 * Any ideas?
    I added an SSL certificate via cloudflare and edited the DNS, could
   this be part of the problem? It did however work perfectly when I added the SSL
   certificate.
 * I get the following errors:
    1. HTTP error 2. 408 Request Time-out Your browser
   didn’t send a complete request in time.
