Problem, How to log in – can't go ahead and enter the control panel

Last week I’ve tried to upload some pictures but I couldn’t.
I press (on my italian wordpress) upgrade to new version of wordpress and after it I tried to log in again… But I can’t now go inside the control panel of my website!I don’t know how to publish the screen shot, but after I type on upgrade to new version this is what I read:

Il database di WordPress è stato aggiornato con successo!
The last sentence is wordpress was upgradet with succes! But When I type on continue is the same screenshot of ever the ask me to upgrade again before to continue (it’s a circle where I can’t go out):
È richiesto l’aggiornamento del database
WordPress è stato aggiornato! Prima di proseguire, dobbiamo aggiornare il database alla nuova versione.
L’aggiornamento richiederà un po’ di tempo, occorre avere pazienza.
I don’t know how to continue and how to proceed to have my website again and enter the control panel!
