problem hide subgroups in page groups

    I have a problem. I created subgroups but I do not want to appear in the page groups. I tried to change the settings of the plugin via the check box, it works, but Unconfigure all the CSS of the page.
    there is a simple line of code to be included in a php file to avoid the problem and hide subgroups?
