# Problem getting started

 * I can’t get even get past adding a mail group. No matter the settings I am returned
   either a timeout error or a “Test Again” button. I’m on a shared Bluehost server
   with SSL and have tried every permutation of credentials, and beyond, to connect
   to the mailserver. I can’t imagine what I’m doing wrong, having followed the 
   instructions from [https://www.wpmailinggroup.com/faq/quick-start-in-6-steps/](https://www.wpmailinggroup.com/faq/quick-start-in-6-steps/).
 * What bit of information am I lacking to solve this problem?!
