 * I found that if I changed the DB prefix other than “wp_” for security reason,
   the plugin will not display the list correctly.

 * Hi Chris,
 * I test my plugins on multiple wp installs on same host with shared db, so some
   of those installs have different db prefixes with no problem.
 * If you changed your prefix ‘on the fly’ after you had already started your website,
   it may be that your install and options still have the old prefix somewhere.
 * You can try resetting all plugin settings – see under general near bottom of 
   page ‘Reset all options’
