• Hi I’ve been using Package Grouping Lately with Woocommerce and finds it very useful for me when I want each product separated individually by product based on its setting. If I want the item for flat_rate or local_pickup.

How ever whenever every time a new customer Places an Order, I get a bug when it doubles the Cost for each product when ordered only x 1 for each. It just double the item or some sort of redundancy.

It would be great if any update for this Item, for this is very helpful on our eCommerce site.

    Thank you.

Please do see the screenshot attache . .

I’ve seen this before, when it interacts with another plugin. Some details here:

Hi again, been testing out for this plugin in awhile, shift to fresh default theme twentysixteen with no other plugins activate and custom functions except :

Woocommerce and Packages Configuration for WooCommerce

    * This only happens – Everytime a new customer purchases and place an order for the first time. But on the succeeding order or if he/she’s already an existing customer. This does not happen on again by purchasing 2nd time around same product and same qty.

This plugin is very useful. I would be glad if any response on this.

    Thank you 🙂

Only on first ever order for a customer is very bizarre behaviour, and I cannot think of what could be causing that. I’ll give it a try.

Hi, I am having the same issue with random orders doubling the shipping cost. I notice that when it calculates cost off billing it gives a quote and then when you click a different shipping address it says no options available. I haven’t tried to submit a order that way but I was hoping maybe that was a lead for the issue. Thank you for this plugin it is very helpful

Is this issue being worked on? As noted on GitHub, I experience the same issue, with regard to shipping prices doubling. Would love to get this resolved, as it’s made our store unusable.

@inspired888 I had to switch to this since there is zero support on this and I had to get it fixed asap. It works pretty much the same just takes a few more minutes to configure. I looked everywhere and tried everything and couldn’t get it fixed. The one below is actually a lot more configurable and a better plug in.
I wish I could have stuck with the one you have and would have paid for it because it’s awesome except it doesn’t work.

    WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages

Thanks for getting back to me Shawn. See we came to the same conclusion. I just bought a license to that very plug-in. For $49, it’s a much better return on investment. I’ve already spent hours trying to resolve the issue with the free plugin.
    Cheers…

Hi All, sorry about this. It is a problem I just cannot replicate in any of my setups. I can only spend so much time on this free plugin, and do rely on additional fixes from other developers when they are able to find fixes to problems they are having on their setup.
