# Problem exporting CSV file

 * Hi good day.
 * I had a problem with the last WordPress update, previously I downloaded the product
   information that I have with WooCommerce, and that downloaded in a matter of 
   minutes, today after the update to the same daily routine, I find that when exporting
   the data, It is taking longer than normal, it took 40 minutes and still does 
   not download.
 * I would like to know what I can do. Normally I export the products from PRODUCTS
   > EXPORT

 * At first glance, this issue seems to be caused by a theme or plugin conflict.
   The best way to determine this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
 * Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other
   plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

 * I did what you told me to do and it is indeed due to an add-on theme. But the
   one that causes the most conflict is the cache one, which is LSCache.
 * My page before the update was doing very well in every way, including speed.
 * In this case, without having this plugin that helped me with the cache and also
   because I use a LiteSpeed ​​server, what could I do?

 * You may reach out to LSCache plugin developers and ask if there is a fix for 
   that issue. They should be able to provide an update or patch to make the plugin
   fully compatible with WooCommerce’s latest version.
