Support » Plugin: Ecwid Ecommerce Shopping Cart » Problem: Ecwid Shopping Cart & Sublanguage – 404 error

Hello, when I activated the plugin “Ecwid Shopping Cart” in a multilingual site translated with the “Sublanguage” plugin by Maxime Schoeni, the entire site returns error 404. Even by disabling ecwid and inserting a single product with html there are problems, it works with one language. What can I do?

Hello, there are solutions to the problem? I do not want to abandon Sublanguage and I don’t want to abandon Ecwid either.

@gioweb, we rolled out a fix in the latest version (v 5.3). Please try it and let us know if it’s resolved.

Thanks to all the Ecwid team, now it works perfectly! Thank you!!!

I just noticed a 404 error by clicking on the widget, Shopping Cart (floating) from the pages of the site and the articles. Thanks anyway, irrelevant problem.

Can you share a link to your store please so we can see the problem ourselves?
