# Problem downloading CSV

 * When I try downloading the signatures I get the following error in excel (in 
   stead of the list with signatures):
 * <b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to
   allocate 4522243 bytes) in <b>……/wp-content/plugins/speakup-email-petitions/includes/
   csv.php</b> on line <b>107</b>
 * Untill about 15,000 signatures there was no problem, but now it is not possible
   to download the file anymore.

 * Looks like you need to increase your memory. That is a big list. Contact your
   host.
 * I am having a similar issue and can’t figure it out.

 * This solution did not work for me. After I update the /includes/csv.php file,
   nothing happens when I hit the button to download the signatures. Our petition
   has gathered over 10k signatures, and I really need to be able to download them
   easily in a usable format. Any suggestions?

 * I manage to download the CSV file but it is empty! Zero bytes! I have over 15.5K
   signatures I need badly.
    Any ideas? Thanks!

 * The previous solution that worked 3 months ago is NOT working anymore!!! Now 
   I have almost 18K signatures but I can’t download them.
    I get an empty CSV file
   and no error messages!
 * Can somebody please help?
