Problem displaying some od the PDFs pages

    Hi,

    I’m using Zakra Theme and I’m having a very strange issue. My standard post only has one pdf file embedded. And some of them work pretty fine while some others won’t show the first page, or will show it with a black background with some gray squares, like this:

    Other files won’t show most pages of the pdf. They appear blank.

    What could it be? It’s a problem in the site or in the pdf files?
    All my pdf’s have the same style, they are made in Power Point and they all have the same screen size.

    I’d appreciatte any help.

    Hi Giselle,

    I downloaded the Zakra theme and tried it with a PDF created in PowerPoint. It did work correctly as you have seen with some of your documents. This would suggest that the issue is specific to the particular documents that are failing. Do the documents that are not working correctly have multiple layers or different elements that aren’t present in the documents that do work?
