    Hi
Since updating to the latest version I am no longer able to display a Ninja table on one of my web pages. I found this by disabling all plugins and re-enabling one at a time. Activating VIzualizer consistently causes the Ninja table to stop loading. I have had to roll back on my live site and am now working on my staging site which password protected. I can give you details if requested.
This is the affected page on my live site – ie. where it has been rolled back and IS currently working:
    https://gingerbeergolftravel.com/st-andrews-golf-trip-plan-old-course-ballot-tee-time/
The Ninja table I am unable to display with Vizualiser updates installed is under the text at point 2.1. Many thanks

Update: I originally thought it was a clash with Siteground’s optimizer plugin – some of the images on the page I mentioned above were not loading properly and the page was scrolling /loading poorly. They suggested switching off lazy loading which improved page scrolling a little. Having now discovered the Ninja / visualizer problem, if I turn lazy loading back on in my siteground optimizer plugin my original issue with my image loading is completely resolved. It re-appears if I switch Vizualiser back on. I rely on both Vizualizer and Ninja heavily on my site. I hope there is a resolution. Thanks.

    One more update …
`If I disable siteground optimiser (with Ninja and vizualizer activated) my ninja table will not appear on the same page if the latest version of vizualizer is activated

With Siteground optimiser and vizualizer activated and ninja deactivated my issue remains – some images do not load and scrolling / refresh is very poor.

The issue disappears with all 3 plugins activated if I roll back to previous version of vizualizer – 3.7.3

On this basis both Ninja support and Siteground believe the issue is most likely with the vizualizer latest update. Thanks

    Hi @toll02,

    Thanks for choosing Visualizer!

Unfortunately I am not able to replicate the issue. I added multiple Visualizer (latest version) and Ninja charts on a page with Siteground Optimizer activated and the charts are properly displayed. Also, all the images are shown as expected and there is no issue with scrolling or loading the page. The issue may be cause by a plugin conflict that isn’t related to any of these tree plugins. You could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate these three plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

    HI
Thanks for looking at this. I have gone through deactivation process again. Originally I though Siteground or caching issues in general were an issue. I find that if I switch off ALL plugins (incl. Siteground optimizer) and using 2021 theme I have a problem with any Ninja table displaying and a sluggish scroll experience with:
    1. Ninja (4.1.11 and 4.1.10 pro) activated
    2. Vizualiser 3.7.4 activated
    3. Content locker (by mythemeshop, free version v 1.1.10) activated

If I rollback to visualizer 3.7.3 then I have no display issues (even with Content locker active).
If I activate all other plugins with 3.7.3 activated I again have no issue. As soon as I activate the latest ver of visualizer the problem reappears.
    Do you have any suggestions?
    Many thanks

    Hi @toll02!

Would it be possible to create a staging site where the issue can be seen? This way we could take a look at it, as we can’t replicate it on our end, and your actual site will still work as expected.

    Thank you!

I have a staging site whee I can reproduce the problem. It is password protected so please let me know how I can privately send you the relevant logging in details.

    Many thanks

    Hi @toll02!

You can contact us by opening a pre-sales ticket directly on our site and providing the data for logging in the staging site there. Also, please add the link from this thread in your message.

    Have a nice day!
