Problem display content text of select, not the value=""

Hi,

I would like to display {level}, the value of {level} if from a <select> : <option value=”1″>Bac +5</option>

But on my page it’s the 1 of the <option value=”1″> with is displayed, not the text “Bac +5”.

How can I do to display the right text ?
