    Hello,

    WP version is 4.2.2
    Nexgen version is 2.1.0

    I have this grey text appear on my homepage that goes something along the lines of:

    Problem detected on post ID: 2623 on file: home/asd/asd_html/asd.com/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–2644

    I have went to all the pages that have galleries in them to find that the galleries were broken (displayed as an triangle with an exclamation mark in them).

    I have deleted the triangles and inserted the galleries again and now it works fine, but the grey text is still there on my home page. Cleared caash and all.

    I have found the post in question, and it looks like this:

    <p>[Random text]</p>
    <p>[Random text]</p>
    <p>[Random text]</p>

    <img class=”ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem” src=”http://rvtrade.rs/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–2709&#8243; alt=”” data-mce-placeholder=”1″ /> “

    —

    WHen I delete the nextgen piece of code the grey text on my home page disappears. Still don’t get what the problem was though.

    EDIT:

    I have just concluded that whenever I insert a new post with the nextgen code in it, the grey text will appear on my home page. Not really sure how to go about this.

    @rvmilos – The <img> tag you are referencing is a placeholder for an IGW inserted display … if you are copying and pasting it from one post to another it will not work correctly and this with some other aspect of your site may be causing the error message to appear.

    If you would like to point to a specific post/page where you are seeing this message we may be able to offer some additional troubleshooting ideas.

    I am not copy-pasting the code, I’m using the green button “Attach next gen gallery to post “

    It all shows nicely, it’s just the darn error text won’t go away.

    I have solved the issue by pasting in this piece of code instead of the one provided by the green button in the UI:

    [ngg_images gallery_ids=”[number of the galleri ID” display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails”]

    @rvmilos – Thanks for the updates … shortcodes basically use the same rendering code that the IGW uses. I suspect there may still be some sort of conflict going on but it’s still good to read you have it sorted out for your site.
