problem: customer list report shows WordPress users instead of woo customers

When I go to Woocommerce > Report > customer list
what I get is the list of WordPress users (eg myself and a user editor) instead of the customers who bought products on my site via woocommerce

Is this an appropriate behaviour? Below the system report
