# Problem creating installer file

 * I’ve been using Duplicator for a while now, and I must say it’s a fantastic tool.
 * Today when I used it the Installer php file failed to download.
 * When I click the blue button to the left of the Archive button, instead of downloading
   it takes me to a blank page. This is in Chrome. Returning to the Build Status
   bring an error message.
 * I tried disabling all the plugins which I thought may have a bearing on the matter(
   cache, security, various admin functions…) to no avail.
 * My solution was to download the Installer.php file via FTP.

 * I’m not quite sure why your having the issue. The only workaround I have you 
   already performed which is documented here:

   > Find question: “Why can’t I download files / get a corrupted installer / see
   a 404.3 message?”
 * If you want to submit a ticket I could take a look and see why your server isn’t
   allowing for the download…
