# Problem closing ticket

 * I’m having a problem: only administrators are able to close the ticket; the team
   members are not able to close it.
 * Previously, when these team members responded to the ticket and marked it to 
   close in their response, the ticket would be closed. However, this is no longer
   happening.

 * Make sure all addons are upto dated.
 * Admin > Help Desk > Addons Status
 * Please check the system errors
 * Admin > Help Desk > (Admin left menu) > System Errors
