# Problem checking out 2.1.11

 * Im not sure if this is a woocommerce error but when I try to check out i get 
   the following error:

 * What we can do is run through some common issues that it could be to eliminate
   the possibility 🙂
 * Can you please ensure you are using the latest version of all of your extensions?
   You can find if you have any out-of-date by going to the **WooCommerce > System
   Status** report.
 * Issues like this may also be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with
   another plugin. How we usually test this is to have you temporarily switch back
   to the [WordPress Twenty Twelve Theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwelve)
   and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then
   slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
 * It also could be an issue with a translation plugin – are you using any language
   converter?
 * If the methods above don’t work then we can definitely take a closer look – Bookings

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your answer.
 * Looking at the system status report the only Red is the wp memory limit. It is
   set to 40MB.
    I tried to switch back to the Twenty Twelve theme version 1.4 without
   any luck. I tried to deactivate all other plugins except woocommerce and netaxept
   payment module but still the same problem.
 * I believe this is a server issue but I can’t figure out what setting that needs
   to be changed.

 * I have now changed the memory limit to 96MB and everything seems fine on the 
   system status but still i have the same problem.

 * Okey, I was able to figure out the problem.
    The payment module was not working
   correctly. Updated to the latest version (did not get any automatic update) and
   it is now working.
 * However after payment i get the following error:
 * Notice: WC_Shortcode_Checkout->output was called with an argument that is deprecated
   since version 2.1! “order” is no longer used to pass an order ID. Use the order-
   pay or order-received endpoint instead. in /hsphere/local/home/qnstner1/basisgym.

 * But it seems like the payment is done.
    Any ideas?

 * Glad you got it (almost) working!
 * Here’s a few steps we can try – you may have done some of them, but it’s always
   good to double check.
 * 1. Ensure that WordPress is up to date – the current version is 3.9.1
    2. Ensure
   that WooCommerce is up to date – the current version is 2.1.11

 * To check your endpoints go to **WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout** and make

 * Hi Danny,
 * Thank you again for your answer.
 * I have the latest version of all plugins. I have also checked the endpoints and
   they are correct.
 * I asked the seller of the payment module and he said that this problem was nothing
   to worry about.
 * But still I have one more challenge.
    After sucessful payment orders are stuck
   in pending and since I have the Hold function enabled the orders will get canceled
   when the time limit is reached. Sucessful paid orders should change status to
   processing, correct?
 * This problem is giving me a headache.

 * I found out that the problem was with the payment module again.
 * Everything seems to be working as expected now.
