Problem authorizing with Eventbrite

    Hi, I have this plugin installed for a long time now and it suddenly stopped working so I did what I usually do before to make it work again – uninstall then reinstall. This method worked before but this time when I tried to connect the Keyring and allowed access to the Eventbrite account, I got this error:

    Problem authorizing with Eventbrite. Please try again in a moment.

    I tried using default themes to see if it’s the theme I’m using but I still get the error. I also tried deactivating the plugins I’m using but I still get the error. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    Hm, haven’t heard of this issue before. Are you still having the issue?

    Do you have access to your database, by chance? If so, is there an entry in the wp_options table called eventbrite_api_token? If so, remove that entry (it should be done automatically on uninstall, though).
