    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have reviewed your site URL and I can see that you are using the custom theme for your design.

    Attached screenshot link is not working so, unable to see that screenshot.

    Our plugin is used based on the WooCommerce default hook.

    So, it might be possible that your theme have changed the flow of layout so, our plugin might be not compatible with your theme.

    Our plugin is working based on below two hooks.

    1. “woocommerce_product_tabs”

    2. “woocommerce_before_single_product”

    So, can you please verify at your side that in product detail page this both hook exist then, our plugin will works fine.

    Or you can add above two hook as per your requirement.
