Problem assigning taxonomy capability

I have a CPT with custom taxonomy terms. I installed Capabilities to limit the Editor role to just that CPT. Initially, everything was good. Then I added 2 new taxonomies for that CPT. Now, in the New Post area, the Editor can see those new taxonomies, but they are greyed out and can’t be selected. And in the Capabilities menu, it doesn’t even recognize those taxonomies.

Here’s a screenshot of the New Post screen as Editor. States is one of the 3 original taxonomies that are selectable. In contrast, Site Features and ETEC Products are greyed out.

And here’s the Capabilities menu. I previously assigned 3 taxonomies to the Editor, and they are clickable. However Capabilities doesn’t even see the Site Features or ETEC products taxonomies, so I can’t even give the Editor permission to use them.

So I guess the question is how do I give the editor access to those taxonomies?
