 * Hello!
 * Well, after days trying to fix my website issue and been unsuccessful, I’m here
   to ask for your help!
 * My problem is that since the update, my wordpress website seens to ignore whatever
   I do in my cpanel. I mean, I even deleted my whole “public_html” and the website
   was still working, like it migrated for a different host (OMG!). And I checked
   out if it was simply my own browser’s cache or anything else. Apparently, my
   wordpress website gained independence and only changes through the wordpress
   dashboard.
 * I tried almost everything:
    1- I updated manually my wordpress to 4.7.4, also
   plugins, theme, etc. 2 – I deleted my public_html (after backup) and updated
   all over again. Though, as I told, the website kept working normally during the
   entire process. 3 – I unistalled all my plugins, and did steps 1 and 2 all over
   again, still unsuccesful. 4 – I doble checked if there was anything stored at
   any mySQL database, but there wasn’t anything.
 * The fact that my website is not giving a damm about whatever I do in my cpanel
   is driving me crazy. Hopefully some angel here will help me out! I appreciate
   your help and sorry for my bad english.

 * There’s nothing in WordPress that would have done that. cPanel is what controls
   your hosting account, and WordPress is just software that runs on your hosting
   account.
 * It’s simply not possible for WordPress to impact cPanel. That would be like saying
   your house is gone because you bought a new TV.
 * In this case, I recommend contacting your hosting provider, as something may
   be misconfigured with cPanel or your hosting account.

 * If your whole website is accessible even after you’ve really deleted it from
   cPanel then the only possibility left is that your hosting provider is caching
   the whole content in its cache.
