# Problem after restore

 * Hello,
 * Because of an unsuccessful update of the Jetpack Pluging I had no access to my
   site. The public site was down and the WP backend was not accessible.
 * I have restored the backup done previously with your plugin by copying the file
   structure of the backup file to the server via ftp connection using Filezilla.
 * The public website is now online again and seems to function. I also get a login
   screen. But after loggging in, I only get a blank webpage and no access to the
   WP interface.
 * What do you suggest to do?
