I’ve used Velvet Blues Update URLs plugin and it seemed to work for the new directory. I thought, sweet, and deleted my old /wordpress folder. THEN all the images for the /author site went away. * I restored the old /wordpress folder, and the images came back, even though i was now using the new folder (author) * So I renamed the old folder /wordpress_old and guess what? It’s the references in your post that refer back to the old location at / wordpress and not /author. What I’ve tried Velvet Blues, Replace URLs but it didn’t do everything it should have. * What kind of search and replace plugin would work?
